Another hidden GEM for tracking folder sizes is an application called WinDirStat.
This is similar to FolderSize in features. Download from the following link. http://sourceforge.net/projects/windirstat/files/latest/download
(This is for windows - assuming you are using that OS, there are Linux version and Mac version available)
Its a whopping 640KB in size.

Installation is straight forward, next, next finish.
Select the drives you want scanned and let it do the rest
(Granted the scanning with PAC-MAN's are cheesy but worth the wait)
The Chart below gives you a basic idea of space used while the right sides has a nice summary of the files.

This is a great little APP and one as an Administrator of multitude of servers and thousand of users, one I find useful when ever space becomes an issue. You can click on the colours to drill down to the files that are taking up the space. There is also a nice built in function for clean, cmd prompt. And great find.
